Have you ever wondered about what the M&S stands for in M&S Turquoise? I have - so I asked. M stands for Milne and S for Sevy. These two men started the M&S Turquoise wholesale business. Okay, let's back up a little bit. Let me give you a brief history in a nutshell. I am at the M&S Turquoise retail showroom talking to Brett Sevy, son of Mark Sevy. He is telling me the history. He said that a long time ago when he was a little kid, his dad and mom went to Hurricane with a briefcase full of Native American jewelry and arts, turquoise and silver type jewelry. They were wondering if anyone would be interested in this stuff. So, they took it to Hurricane to try and sell, and they sold all of it! So they thought, people must like this stuff and started the business. At first, it was mostly wholesale and they sold in Las Vegas. Participating Business Spotlight: Tifiny's Creperie

  Tifiny's Creperie 567 S Valley View Drive St George, UT 84770 Open: M-Sa 10am - 7pm Tifiny's Creperie is participating in this year's St George Gingerbread House Parade. The gingerbread house will be on display from Monday, November 30th through Saturday, December 12th. Come in and have a look at it and vote for it! It will be made by volunteer baker Caitlin Reber assisted by Suzanne Webster. I also recommend getting a bite to eat here, after seeing the gingerbread house. Tifiny's Creperie serves up Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. Though their staple items are crepes, sweet crepes as well as savory crepes; they also serve soup, salad, sandwiches and teas. And as pictured, they have a cute little gelato and candy shop next door.  I have visited several times and I will tell you a little about what I have tried and like.  A sweet selection of lollies! 2021 - Spotlight on Volunteer Baker, Kayla Monson

But she has a team ready to help her: husband and two darling daughters will all make it happen. Thank you for volunteering. I appreciate ya'll.  They chose to do theirs for Dixie Rock & Fossils because like me, they like rocks. And we rock people gotta stick together.  Kayla is no stranger to creativity though, she's got a sweet  business called Dixie Wreath Company where she makes the most adorable wreaths.  And she loves to bake.
