MoFACo Utah is also the group that runs the Downtown Farmers Market, and I am in cooperation with them for the closing event - Homemade for the Holidays, Dec 11, 1:00-4:00 PM at Atwood Innovation Plaza at DSU.

Founder of MoFACo, Kat Puzey, started this co-op back in 2019 - and it's been a great asset to our downtown St George. Many local artisans and farmers sell their goods there. And 85% of the sale goes right back to the local farmer or artist. Only 15% stays with the store to help with costs. It is a non-profit and one that I can get behind.

A little confession here, I am one of the artists that sells at the MoFACo and I volunteer at the co-op twice a month to help keep it open. I make the crochet dolls, paint wooden toys, and we have crochet and felt earrings as well. Each artist has their own little shelf area of the store and it's really quite a joy to be a part of the artist community here in St George.

I'm a big fan of shopping local and helping raise awareness about this great little community of local vendors that have applied to sell at this brick n mortar location. It's the perfect place to find something unique for gift giving or for yourself.

Check out these photos of some of the stuff that is available at the store.  Come in often as there is new inventory every week.  And remember, this Saturday (tomorrow 11/27/21) is the annual Small Business Shopping day - come on out and support local. And come say Hi 👋 - I'll be volunteering in the morning!
