Forever Young Fine Jewelers is participating in this year's St George Gingerbread House Parade. The gingerbread house will be on display from Tuesday Dec 1st through Saturday, December 12th. Come in and have a look at it and vote for it! It will be made by the incredible family baking team of Jeff & Erdine Drake which have been baking and making gingerbread houses for a long family tradition.
Forever Young Fine Jewelers is located in historic downtown St George in the same location as McArthur Jewelers which served St George for 65 years and was the founder of the original Gingerbread House Tour here in St George. The tour was started as a way to bring people downtown at the holidays and spread Christmas cheer and give people an extra reason to smile.
Forever Young Fine Jewelers was started by Jeremy and Megan Young, and Jeremy had worked for McArthur Jewelers from 2012 until their closing in 2016. His child said, one day I want to work at McArthur's so they decided to open their own store and to keep the hometown culture of serving St George alive. I get that - because I am doing the same thing with trying to keep the Gingerbread Parade alive.
"In April 2018, just two years after opening their business, Jeremy Young passed away, but the legacy of Jeremy created in Forever Young Fine Jewelers continues on. The name “Forever Young” has taken on a whole new meaning. Today, Megan continues to run the business with the incredible Forever Young Team which is comprised of Mary Leigh Howorth (GIA Graduate Gemologist), Tom Laub (Watch Repair), Mike Nixon (Sales Manager), and Doug Owen (Master Bench Jeweler)." Forever Young Fine Jewelers doesn't just have incredibly beautiful engagement and wedding rings which is what most people might think of, but you can also special order other fine gifts through the retailer like silver spoons, frames and so forth. They have a catalog you can see many possibilities.
My favorite thing is that you can shop online on their website and the most unique jewelry is the pre-owned, estate and vintage stuff. Check it out here.
